Steady paid work available for an experienced residential electrician handling service calls, turnovers, inspections, punch work, and small-to-mid-size rehab items across rental properties in South Jersey.

This is a good fit for someone who is strong in troubleshooting, device and fixture replacement, panel or subpanel work, wiring corrections, and getting units rent-ready without a lot of hand-holding.
