Residential Heavy Equipment Operator
Description
Experienced, well-established excavation contractor seeking an Equipment Operator for residential home excavation in the Portland Metro area. Become a new member of a great team!
The applicant should be an experienced operator that is well versed in residential house dig outs, basements, grading and utilities. Must be self-motivated and a self-starter. We are looking for an operator who can perform lay out, read elevations and survey markers, install all underground utilities including storm systems, rain drains, sewer lines, power and communication conduits, excavate foundations, and perform all types of grading.
Minimum 3 years operator experience with residential excavation.
