Residential Garage Door Installer

We're hiring a full-time installer to join our Beaverton/Salem install team. You'll install residential garage doors and openers from tear-out to final tune: removing old doors, setting tracks and panels, installing and adjusting torsion spring systems, mounting and programming openers, and leaving every job site clean and every customer educated on their new system. You'll run a stocked company vehicle, work a consistent weekly schedule, and be backed by an office team that books the work, preps the job details, and keeps your day running.

What we're looking for:

• Garage door install experience strongly preferred. We will consider proven installers from a related trade who has the mechanical aptitude and work ethic.
• Clean driving record required. You'll drive a company vehicle
• Able to lift 75+ lbs, work on ladders, and problem-solve on site.
• Reliable, professional in a customer's home, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a commission-based role so total comp can vary. Realistic target compensation is $75,000+ per year. We’ve recently had installers exceed $80,000 in a year.
