Residential House Cleaner Wanted — 1099 Contractor 50% Split-Tampa Bay

Cleaned Pristine Solutions is a locally owned Tampa Bay cleaning company looking to add reliable, experienced cleaning contractors to our team. We handle the marketing, booking, scheduling, and customer service — you focus on the cleaning.

Pay: Residential & Airbnb/Short-Term Rental: 50% of the total job amount, before taxes. You know exactly what a job pays before you accept it.

Commercial: Paid per contract — rate is determined and agreed upon before you accept the job.
Payment is weekly by direct deposit.

Service Area:

Entire Tampa Bay area — must be willing to service Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater.
Service Types
Residential, Commercial, Airbnb/Short-Term Rental Turnovers, and Vacant Unit Turns (Apartment Complexes).

What You'll Do:

Provide standard, deep, move-in/move-out, Airbnb turnover, and vacant unit turn cleanings
Perform a brief walkthrough with the customer/site at arrival and completion
Take before/after photos of each job (for quality and your protection)
Communicate arrival confirmations and any scheduling issues promptly

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of residential cleaning experience

LLC filed in the state of Florida
Business liability insurance
Your own cleaning supplies (towels/rags, all-purpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner, glass cleaner, oven cleaner, floor cleaner)
Your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, broom, step stool)
Reliable transportation
Smartphone with the ability to receive schedules, confirm jobs, and send photos
Availability to accept 1–2 jobs per day
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Able to pass a background check

Preferred — teams of at least 2 cleaners
