Residential HVAC Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-starting HVAC Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through successful closeout. You will orchestrate everything from scheduling and budgeting to client relations and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Project Lifecycle: Manage full-cycle project planning, execution, monitoring, and final close-out.
• Budget & Schedule: Track project costs, forecast project revenues, and create detailed schedules for timely completion.
• Contract & Submittal Management: Read and interpret construction documents, execute change orders, and prepare submittals/bids.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce OSHA safety regulations, perform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures, and conduct regular job site inspections.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for owners, general contractors, architects, and field teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3–5+ years of direct project management experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, specifications, and control wiring diagrams.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Software Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or ability to obtain). PMP certification is a plus.
