Residential Maintenance Tech

Local established business is looking for an experienced residential maintenance tech. Must be familiar with basic maintenance (drywall patching, painting, texture, basic plumbing, basic carpentry skills, and basic knowledge of flooring). Must have reliable transportation with clean driving record, tools, be able to pass a background/drug test, and have a great attitude! We are a small business and would love someone that wants to grow and is willing to learn! Must be professional and able to deal with all types of situations and people.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
