Hokuloa AOAO is looking to hire two full time Residential Property Maintenance Technicians to join our team.

Located in Temple Valley at the base of Oʻahu's beautiful Koʻolau Mountain Range, Hokuloa is a 362 unit townhouse community known for its natural beauty. More importantly, we take pride in our employees and the positive work environment we have built.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking motivated individuals with experience in residential or commercial property maintenance. Applicants with strong skills in the following areas are especially encouraged to apply:

Drywall repair and finishing

Concrete repair
Carpentry
Tree trimming
Painting
Plumbing
Electrical
Landscaping
General building maintenance
Primary Responsibilities

Complete work orders in a timely manner

Perform drywall, concrete, carpentry, tree trimming, and other maintenance projects throughout the property
Respond to resident requests while providing excellent customer service
Work safely and professionally at all times
Work as part of the maintenance team to improve and maintain the property
Assist with refuse collection when needed, including covering for other employees or rotating duties as assigned
Work Schedule

The workday begins at 7:00 a.m. Most days are spent performing maintenance projects throughout the property. Team members may occasionally be assigned to assist with refuse collection when another employee is absent or when duties are rotated among the crew. This work may involve operating a Ford F 350, making trips to the Kapaa Quarry Transfer Station, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance position
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Comfortable using a smartphone, email, text messaging, and electronic work order systems
