Residential Maintenance Technician Needed

GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – FULL TIME

Sgt. York’s Property Maintenance LLC is looking for a dependable, skilled, and motivated General Maintenance Technician to join our team.

We provide professional property maintenance and repair services and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.

POSITION:

Full-Time General Maintenance Technician

COMPENSATION:
$15–$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Basic carpentry and handyman work
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Minor electrical repairs
• Drywall repair and patching
• Painting and touch-up work
• Fixture and hardware installation
• Troubleshooting maintenance issues
• Completing service calls professionally and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• General maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to safely perform physical maintenance work
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $15–$20/hour based on qualifications and experience

*Memorial Day and Veterans Day are paid holidays for veterans.

A company vehicle is not provided. Employees must have reliable transportation; however, a gas and toll allowance is provided.
