The Role

We’re seeking a Residential Painter to lead and elevate and join our team. This is a role for a true professional who sets the standard in skill, work ethic, and leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Perform expert-level residential painting (prep, prime, finish)
• Handle drywall repairs and finishing with precision (tape, mud, texture, sand)

• Set the bar for craftsmanship and coach others to deliver at that standard
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners in occupied spaces
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of projects

What You Bring

• Proven mastery in residential painting of occupied homes
• Strong skill in drywall repair and finishing
• Clean driving record (company truck provided)
• A professional mindset, leadership ability, and pride in your trade
• The drive to be among the best in your field

Location & Schedule

• Based in Crofton, MD with work across the surrounding area
• Full-time, year-round employment (no subs, no piece work)
