Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to residential and light commercial projects.
Set up equipment and use hand tools, ladders, and use conventional coating techniques as appropriate.
Apply multiple coats of paint, stain, or finish, ensuring even coverage and color consistency with attention to detail.
Perform surface preparation tasks such as plastering, drywall repair, caulking, and minor frame carpentry as needed.
Maintain safety protocols, protect surrounding areas, and properly clean and store tools and equipment after use.

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
