Residential Painting Foreman

$25.00 – $33.00 an hour – Full-time
ImageWorks Painting is a well-established, professional painting company serving homeowners throughout the Pittsburgh area. We’re growing and looking for an experienced, motivated Residential Painting Foreman to join our team and lead crews on high-quality residential painting projects.
Pay:
$25.00 – $33.00 per hour
Based on experience and skill level
Paid weekly

Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of painters on residential job sites
Ensure high-quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency
Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and project managers
Manage project timelines, materials, and job site organization
Provide training and support to crew members
Perform hands-on painting duties as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of residential painting experience
1+ years of crew leadership or foreman experience
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Occasional weekends if needed
Overtime available during busy seasons
