In The Paint Co. is looking to build relationships with experienced residential painting subcontractors for current and upcoming interior and exterior projects in Columbus, Ohio and surrounding areas.

We are looking for established subcontractors who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, maintain clean and organized jobsites, and can reliably complete projects according to an agreed scope and schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-10+ years of professional residential painting experience
• Minimum two-person crew
• Experience with interior and exterior painting
• Reliable transportation, tools, and equipment
• Professional communication and dependable scheduling
• Clean jobsite practices and attention to preparation and finish quality
• Photos of previous residential painting work
• Active General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Workers’ Compensation coverage
• Ability to add our company as Additional Insured before receiving assigned projects
• Completion of our subcontractor onboarding process

This is an independent subcontractor opportunity. Projects are paid according to an agreed work order, not hourly employment.
