Residential Plumber

We are looking for a part-time plumber for ongoing apartment and property maintenance work.

Work includes:

Fixing leaks under sinks

Toilet repairs and replacements
Faucet repairs and replacements
Shower valve / shower head repairs
Drain clogs
Repairs to sewer lines.
Replacing supply lines, traps, shutoff valves, etc.
Diagnosing plumbing issues
Sending before-and-after photos when work is completed

Must have basic tools

Must be able to work neatly in occupied and vacant apartments
Transportation required
