Residential Plumber – Multi-Property Work (Wilmington, DE)

We are looking for a reliable and experienced plumber to handle work across multiple residential properties, including several apartment buildings on the 12th block of Delaware Ave and surrounding area.
This role is best suited for someone who can take ownership of plumbing issues from start to finish and is comfortable working in occupied units.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, pipe failures, etc.)
• Handle larger jobs such as pipe replacement, drain work, and system repairs
• Respond to urgent/emergency issues when needed
• Coordinate with management for scheduling and unit access
• Work in older buildings where systems may require more involved repairs
• Ensure all work is completed properly and systems are functioning before leaving

Requirements:

• Strong plumbing experience (residential/multi-unit preferred)
• Ability to independently handle jobs start to finish
• Experience with older buildings is a plus
• Reliable, responsive, and professional
• Must have own tools and transportation
