Residential Property Rental Inspector, Full-Time

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school graduate
• 1-year previous property management, inspection or maintenance experience preferred (Real Estate license not necessary. Will train the right person)
• Have own car and a valid driver's license
• Excellent work ethic

• Reliable
• Effective follow up skills
• Proactive and takes great initiative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment, problem solving skills
• Have excellent written and verbal communication
• Have basic computer skills preferred (outlook email)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Conduct routine inspections
• Conduct pre move-in and move-out inspections
• Work closely with property managers and maintenance department
• Assist with coordinating repairs and maintenance

WORK HOURS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Hours: Full-time--Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00 pm (however, hours may vary and must be open to working after hours and weekends if needed).
• Compensation: Salary based on experience.
