Description
An award-winning Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling company with over 35 years of experience is seeking an experienced Residential Punch List Technician to join our team.
We are looking for a skilled, dependable professional who can handle multi-trade residential completion work, repairs, adjustments, punch-list items, and kitchen appliance installations while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Strong multi-trade residential construction experience
- Experience with kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Kitchen appliance installation experience
- Skilled in residential completion and punch-list work
- Own professional tools
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Detail-oriented with pride in quality workmanship
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- $27–$30/hour DOE + Monthly Bonuses
