Residential Remodeler / Lead Technician

Mack Construction Group is a growing residential construction company specializing in full home renovations, additions, and high-end remodels. We are looking for a well-rounded construction professional who understands how a home works, not just one trade.

This role is for someone who can step onto a job and confidently handle multiple aspects of a remodel with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform framing, drywall, trim, and finish work
• Assist with layout, structural modifications, and installs
• Understand and work around plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and find solutions
• Work directly with leadership and subcontractors
• Help keep projects moving efficiently and professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in residential construction or remodeling
• Strong understanding of how homes are built (framing → finish)
• Ability to problem-solve without constant direction
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable transportation and tools
• Leadership mindset (this will grow into a bigger role)

Bonus Skills:

• Plumbing and electrical
• Ability to read plans and layouts
• Experience managing small crews or jobs
• Tile, flooring, or cabinet installation
