Capitol Construction is seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Foreman to lead remodeling projects from start to finish. We’re looking for a motivated leader who is organized, communicates well, and takes pride in delivering exceptional work while managing multiple projects and crews.

Requirements

Organized and highly coordinated

Strong construction common sense
Experience in residential remodeling/construction
Ability to oversee 2–3 projects simultaneously
Independent decision-making skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent customer communication
Effective employee leadership and communication
Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and trades
Willing and able to perform field work while handling management responsibilities
Team-oriented attitude
Professional, presentable appearance
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Personal hand tools

Pay
$30–$35 per hour (based on experience)
