RESIDENTIAL REMODELING LEAD / WORKING FOREMAN — OʻAHU

We are looking for an experienced remodeling professional to lead a small crew on residential renovation projects throughout Oʻahu.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands full-home renovations and can keep a project moving while maintaining high standards for workmanship, organization, and job-site professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and work alongside a small remodeling crew
• Coordinate daily tasks and keep projects on schedule
• Oversee kitchen, bathroom, and full-home renovations
• Read plans, take measurements, and plan material needs
• Communicate clearly with management, subcontractors, and homeowners
• Maintain quality control and a clean, safe job site
• Identify problems early and help develop practical solutions

Ideal candidate:

• Several years of residential remodeling experience
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom renovations
• Experience supervising or leading a small crew
• Skilled in multiple phases of remodeling and finish work
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility
• Professional with clients and respectful of occupied homes
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to travel to job sites throughout Oʻahu
