Description
Harrison Richards is looking for an experienced Residential Remodeling Technician to join our in-house renovation team. This position focuses on kitchen and bathroom renovations and requires someone who is comfortable handling the different aspects of a remodeling project from start to finish.
We are looking for someone with residential remodeling experience who can work independently, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable with plumbing, electrical, drywall, cabinetry, finish work, and general renovation projects.
Responsibilities
Complete kitchen and bathroom renovation projects from preparation through completion
Install cabinets, vanities, countertops, doors, trim, fixtures, and other finish materials
Perform drywall installation, repair, and finishing
Perform plumbing work, including installing and connecting sinks, faucets, toilets, and other fixtures
Perform electrical work, including installing switches, outlets, lighting, and fixtures
Handle demolition and prepare spaces for renovation
Complete finish work and punch-list items
Help oversee and coordinate a small renovation team on projects
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications
3+ years of residential remodeling or renovation experience
Strong experience with kitchen and bathroom renovations
Comfortable performing plumbing and electrical work as part of a renovation
Experience with drywall, cabinetry, doors, trim, and finish work
Ability to handle multiple aspects of a renovation project with minimal supervision
Ability to help coordinate and oversee a small team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work on your feet throughout the day
