Residential Roofing Repair Technician

NorthStar Group is hiring a Residential Roofing Repair Technician to join our team serving the Kansas City metro area.

What You'll Do:

Perform minor to moderate residential roof repairs (laminated/architectural shingles, flashing, ridge caps, minor leaks)
Run and stock additional materials/supplies to active job sites
Check incoming deliveries against orders for accuracy
Maintain a clean, safe job site - daily debris cleanup and final site walk-throughs
Communicate directly with homeowners on-site - provide updates, answer basic questions, and represent NorthStar professionally
Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure jobs are completed on schedule and to spec

What We're Looking For:

Experience with residential laminated/architectural shingle roofing (repair or install)
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication skills - you'll be face-to-face with homeowners regularly
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
OSHA certification a plus (training available)
