Residential Skilled Tradesman and Laborer (San Fernando Valley Area)

Residential Construction and Remodeling company is seeking for a full time or piece work Skilled tradesman that has at least 5 years experience and Laborer that has at least 1 year experience in residential remodeling and new construction.

NEED TO HIRE:
---- SKILLED TRADESMAN ($27.50 - $35/Hr.) Depends on experience
and
---- LABORER ($20 - $25/Hr.) Depends on experience

SKILLED TRADESMAN position must possess or able to:

• Read architectural plans
• Experience in Residential remodeling and ADU construction
• Knowledge in rough and finish carpentry; basic electrical; basic plumbing; tiling; flooring, drywall, insulation and more.
• Work safely when handling power tools
• Attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Help with demolition
• Work well with Crew members, Subcontractors and Building Inspectors
• Hard worker and willing to learn more trades
• Own basic power tools and hand tools
• Strong communication skills
• Honest and Dependable
• Always on-time at jobsite
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance to work daily
• Reliable transportation

LABORER

• Demolition
• Proper use of hand tools and power tools
• Trenching and digging
• Clean and maintain jobsites clean and organized daily
• Assist tradesman when needed
• Load and unload materials from truck
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance to work daily

Both job position must meet the following:

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
• Reliable, honest, friendly
• Be able to pass background check and drug test
• Organized
