🔨 What You’ll Do

• Install high-quality prefabricated screen enclosures and sunrooms
• Take precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Load, transport, and organize materials at job sites
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional work environments
• Interact professionally with homeowners
• Follow safety standards and company procedures

Every day is different. Every project is visible. Every job ends with something you can point to and say, “I built that.”

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Construction experience preferred (carpentry, framing, roofing, aluminum, windows, etc.) — but not required
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented

No experience? No problem. We provide paid training for candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.
