Residential Trim Carpenter | Full-Time + Benefits

Dominion Properties is looking for an experienced Residential Trim Carpenter to join our team in the Greater Baltimore Area.

Compensation: $20+/HR, open depending on experience

Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Greater Baltimore Area

Dominion Properties renovates residential properties throughout the Baltimore area, and we're looking for someone with a strong background in residential carpentry, trim work, doors, cabinets, flooring, and finishing work to help us bring homes across our portfolio back to life.

This is a hands-on, full-time position with steady work, benefits, and the opportunity to join an established and growing Baltimore real estate company.

What You'll Be Doing

Your work will primarily focus on residential renovation and finishing projects, including:

Installing and repairing baseboards, trim, molding, and other finish carpentry
Hanging and adjusting interior and exterior doors
Installing and repairing kitchen and bathroom cabinets
General residential carpentry
Installing flooring
Drywall patching and point-up
Painting and finishing
Light framing
Light demolition
Completing punch-list and renovation closeout items

Experience with basic electrical, plumbing, concrete, or landscaping is a plus, but not required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who knows their way around a residential renovation and can produce clean, professional finished work.

Ideal candidates will have:

Strong experience in residential carpentry and remodeling

Experience with trim and finish carpentry
Ability to hang doors and install cabinets
Experience completing residential punch-out work
Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
Strong attention to detail
Dependable work ethic
Good communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
