Job Title: Residential Remodeling Specialist

Dominion Properties is hiring an experienced Residential Remodeling Specialist to renovate and improve residential properties throughout Baltimore.

This is not a routine property maintenance position. We need someone with hands-on experience remodeling residential homes and a strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and appliance installation. The right candidate will be comfortable working across multiple trades while completing renovations from the initial work through the final punch list.

Responsibilities

Complete residential remodeling and renovation projects
Assist with full kitchen and bathroom renovations
Perform plumbing work, including installing sinks, faucets, toilets, and related fixtures
Complete electrical work, including replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and other electrical components
Assist with HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and renovation-related work
Install and connect residential appliances
Complete drywall repair, patching, and finishing
Install flooring, trim, doors, cabinets, and fixtures
Identify construction issues and recommend practical solutions
Complete detailed renovation punch lists
Prepare renovated homes for final inspection and move-in
Maintain clean and safe worksites
Required Experience
Professional experience remodeling or renovating residential properties
Hands-on experience with plumbing repairs and fixture installation
Working knowledge of residential electrical systems
Experience with HVAC systems, installation, or troubleshooting
Experience installing residential appliances
Ability to work across multiple construction trades
Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
