San Diego County Glass & Windows is seeking a dependable, experienced glazier helper for residential and
light commercial glass installation.
JOB DUTIES

  • Assist with custom frameless shower-door installations
  • Replace dual-pane and single-pane glass
  • Measure, handle, load and safely install glass
  • Assist with mirrors, windows and other residential glass products
  • Perform occasional light commercial glazing
  • Maintain a clean and organized truck, tools and work area
  • Work professionally and respectfully in customers' homes and businesses
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous glazing or glass-installation experience required
  • Working knowledge of custom shower doors and glass replacement
  • Personal glazing tools preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Must be able to qualify to drive a company vehicle under our insurance requirements
  • Must consistently follow safe-driving and jobsite-safety practices
  • Dependable, punctual and able to work well with a crew
  • Professional, neat and customer-ready appearance
  • Able to safely lift and carry glass and construction materials, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Commercial glazing experience helpful but not required
SCHEDULE
Full-time, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be available.
