Industrial flooring experience is preferred, but it is not required. If you bring construction experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we will provide the training you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Install epoxy coatings, urethane concrete mortars, epoxy resurfacers, and polished concrete
• Perform primarily commercial flooring work
• Use equipment ranging from small hand tools to large machinery
• Follow established safety procedures and use required PPE
• Deliver careful, high-quality work with strong attention to detail

Schedule and Transportation
Workdays begin at 7:00 a.m. at our shop. Team members travel to job sites in a company truck.
Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Construction experience and a record of dependability
• Willing and able to perform hands-on work
• Valid Texas driver’s license
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus
