Responsible Master Plumber For New AC/Plumbing Company

Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) – License Use / RMP of Record
San Antonio, TX

We are a new mechanical contracting company in San Antonio launching our plumbing services. We are looking for a Texas Master Plumber with RMP designation (or eligible to obtain it) to serve as our Responsible Master Plumber of record and help us build the company from the ground up.

This is a license-use position. Our own crews will perform the field work. You will not be running service calls or working daily on job sites. Your role is to:

Allow your Master Plumber license to be used by our company as our RMP of record
Pull permits and request inspections, or authorize our staff to do so as your agent
Provide general oversight and compliance review of plumbing work done under your license
Be reachable by phone for code questions and occasional sign-offs
Keep our plumbing operations in compliance with TSBPE requirements

Requirements:

Active Texas Master Plumber license in good standing with TSBPE
RMP designation, or able to add it
Not currently serving as RMP of record for another company
No disciplinary history with TSBPE
Reliable, responsive, and professional
