Compensation: $1,000 per month, negotiable

About the Opportunity

We are an established, family-owned contracting business expanding into residential plumbing services, with a primary focus on manufactured-home communities throughout Texas.

We are seeking a Texas-licensed Master Plumber with an active Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) designation, or eligibility to obtain one, to join our growing operation.

Our company will manage daily business operations, scheduling, customer relationships, staffing, and administrative responsibilities. We are looking for an experienced professional to provide the required supervision, technical guidance, and compliance oversight as our designated RMP.

Responsibilities

Serve as the company's designated Responsible Master Plumber.

Provide appropriate supervision and oversight of licensed plumbing personnel and registered apprentices.

Oversee plumbing permitting and inspection requirements.

Review plumbing work and procedures for compliance with applicable Texas plumbing codes and TSBPE regulations.

Be available for technical questions, consultation, and inspections as needed.

Help establish compliant plumbing operations as the company expands.

Qualifications

Active Texas Master Plumber license in good standing.

Current RMP designation or eligibility to obtain it.

Ability to legally serve as RMP for our company.

Knowledge of residential plumbing codes and permitting requirements.

Strong communication skills and professional reliability.

Manufactured-home plumbing experience is a plus.
