Restoration Cleaning Technician

Duties:

Respond promptly to emergency calls for water, fire, flood, or mold remediation projects, demonstrating preparedness for on-call coverage.
Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment and personnel to job sites, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
Perform thorough cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, debris removal, and surface sanitation using specialized equipment and techniques.
Execute restoration procedures such as water extraction, drying, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup with precision and attention to detail.
Apply personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly during all tasks to ensure safety from respiratory hazards, mold spores, chemicals, and other contaminants.
Maintain a high standard of customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the restoration process and ensuring their concerns are addressed professionally.

Requirements:

Proven experience or interest in the restoration industry; experience is a plus.
Knowledge of safety protocols including respiratory protection and proper PPE use at all times during work activities.
Familiarity with water damage restoration, flood recovery, mold remediation, fire restoration.
Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various conditions.
Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence and maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
