Restoration & Collision Shop Hiring Experienced Autobody Technician

Are you looking for an exciting career in collision repair with some emphasis on furthering classic car restorations? Look no further than Plum Crazy Classic Cars. We often do work that many other shops will not do, such as restoring the classics and rebuilding totaled vehicles. Currently we would like another employee to focus primarily on collision repairs, though if you have experience with classic restorations, we will take that into consideration when it comes to compensation. We place an emphasis on quality rather than speed.

We're hiring an experienced technician for a production shop. (Not flat rate.)

Responsibilities include:

*Perform automotive structural repairs, including frame straightening. (Frame machine)
*Conduct auto body repairs by removing dents, replacing panels, and restoring vehicle exteriors before prepping for paint.
*Have your own tools.
*Ability to read work orders as well as documenting any completed tasks on the work order.
*Advanced understanding of collision repair processes.

Additional skills that will compliment your application:
*Apply fabrication techniques for custom repairs or modifications using sheet metal fabrication skills and welding when necessary.
*Ability/experience with lining up body panels on classic vehicles.
*Ability/experience with start to finish processes. (I.E Disassembly to paint.)
