Restoration Drywall Technician

Rainbow Restoration of West Mesa is looking for a skilled Drywall/Painter to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your craft to a reputable restoration and remodeling company where quality workmanship is celebrated every day.

Responsibilities:

Install, hang, tape, mud, and finish drywall on residential and commercial projects
Perform drywall repairs, patching, and texture matching to existing surfaces
Apply interior and exterior paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
Prepare surfaces through sanding, priming, and cleaning prior to painting
Match textures and finishes to ensure seamless restoration results
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet project timelines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience in drywall installation, finishing, and/or painting
Ability to match various wall textures (knockdown, orange peel, smooth, etc.)
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
