What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2–5 years of Restoration or Construction experience.
✅ IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.) are a huge plus!
✅ Proficiency in Xactimate & MICA (Now called Mitigate)
✅ A clean driving record and background check
✅ A heart for customer service and a "get it done" attitude.
