**Restoration Technician**

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Restoration Technician to join our team. The technician will perform and assist with **water damage, fire and smoke damage, and mold remediation** projects for residential and commercial properties.

**Responsibilities:**

• Perform water extraction, drying, demolition, cleaning, and restoration.
• Assist with fire and smoke cleanup and property restoration.
• Perform mold remediation, containment, and HEPA cleaning.
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying and remediation equipment.
• Take moisture readings and document work with photos and job notes.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow company safety procedures and restoration industry standards.

**Requirements:**

• Restoration experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to lift equipment/materials and work in various conditions.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
