What You’ll Do

As a Restoration Technician, you will play a key role in restoring structures and contents affected by water, smoke, and fire damage. Every project is different, which means every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup (full on-the-job training provided)

Responding quickly to emergency jobs and initiating mitigation procedures in accordance with IICRC standards and Rainbow Restoration processes

Communicating with customers to explain the scope of work and required documentation

Establishing and maintaining job schedules to ensure timely service delivery

Maintaining company restoration equipment and keeping it clean, organized, and ready for use

Supporting team operations and cross-training in related restoration services when needed

Job Requirements

Valid Driver’s License

Ability to read, write & speak in English

Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs occasionally

Comfortable using phones, tablets, apps, and computers

Restoration or construction experience is helpful but not required (training provided)

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
