We are an established roofing company based in Orange County looking for a licensed C39 contractor to serve as our Responsible Managing Officer (RMO).
What we need:

Active C39 license in good standing with the CSLB

Willingness to be listed as RMO on our contractor's license
Minimal day-to-day involvement required

What we offer:

Monthly compensation (negotiable based on arrangement)

We handle all operations, scheduling, and field work
Low liability exposure – we carry full general liability and workers' comp insurance

You do NOT need to:

Show up to job sites

Manage employees
Handle customer calls

This is a straightforward arrangement ideal for a retired roofer, a licensed contractor looking for supplemental income, or someone with an active C39 who isn't currently using it.
