# EXPERIENCED RODBUSTERS & RODBUSTER FOREMEN

KOR-BAR LLC is looking to add **experienced Rodbusters and experienced Rodbuster Foremen** to our growing team.

**THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION.**

We are specifically looking for people who already have experience placing reinforcing steel and can step onto a jobsite ready to work. Foreman applicants must have proven experience running rebar crews and laying out and executing reinforcing steel work.

KOR-BAR LLC is a rebar installation contractor based in Richland, Washington. We perform commercial, industrial and heavy civil reinforcing steel work throughout **Washington, Idaho and Oregon**.

Our work includes:

• Commercial foundations and slabs
• Tilt-up warehouses and buildings
• Walls, columns and structural foundations
• Bridges and heavy civil work
• Industrial projects
• Tanks
• Substations and utility projects
• Drilled piers and reinforcing cages

## EXPERIENCED RODBUSTERS

Applicants must already be proficient in the reinforcing steel trade.

You should be comfortable with:

• Tying and placing reinforcing steel
• Slabs, footings, walls and foundations
• Reading basic rebar placement drawings
• Maintaining proper spacing, clearance and bar placement
• Working efficiently as part of a production-oriented crew
• Working outdoors in a physically demanding construction environment
• Traveling regularly for projects

**You must have actual rebar experience. We are not currently hiring entry-level Rodbusters through this posting.**

## RODBUSTER FOREMEN

We are also looking for **experienced Rebar Foremen** capable of taking responsibility for a crew and a project.

Foreman candidates should be able to:

• Read and understand rebar placing drawings
• Lay out reinforcing steel work
• Plan manpower and daily production
• Direct and manage a rebar crew
• Coordinate with project supervision
• Identify problems before they affect production
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Keep a crew productive and moving
• Take responsibility for completing work correctly and on schedule

We are looking for **actual Rodbuster Foremen with field experience running reinforcing steel crews.**

## TRAVEL IS REQUIRED

KOR-BAR performs work throughout **Washington, Idaho and Oregon**, and employees must be willing and able to travel wherever our projects require.

We provide **hotels and fuel/travel costs** for company travel.
