Position: Full-Time, Rodent Proofing and Exclusion Specialist

We pay $30-$40 per hour depending on your ability

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Detailed Inspections: Thoroughly inspect residential and commercial structures to identify rodent activity and entry points.

High-Quality Repairs: Perform professional, permanent exclusion repairs on structural interiors and exteriors.

All-Level Access: Comfortably and safely work on roofs, in sub-areas/crawlspaces, and in attics (attic remediation/cleaning work is on an as-needed basis only, not full-time).

Trapping & Monitoring: Expertly set up, manage, and service rodent trapping and exclusion systems.

Tool Proficiency: Safely and skillfully operate a wide variety of hand and power tools to complete clean, professional-grade construction repairs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strict Experience Rule: Minimum 3+ years of direct, hands-on structural rodent proofing and exclusion experience. (General pest control spraying experience alone does not qualify).

Screening: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug testing.

Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Credentials: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
