Roof Crew Foreman

OVERVIEW:

Welcome to our family! We are a reputable, locally-owned roofing company based in St Petersburg, Florida. We are fully licenced and insured and pride ourselves on high-quality workmanship, safety, and treating our crew like family. We are looking for a reliable, experienced Roofing Foreman to lead our crew and keep our projects running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the Crew: Manage, motivate, and supervise a crew of 7 roofers on daily residential job sites.
Ensure Quality Control: Oversee the tear-off, dry-in, and installation processes to guarantee work meets manufacturer specs and Pinellas County building codes.
Safety First: Enforce OSHA safety guidelines, including proper harness and ladder safety.
Customer & Office Liaison: Communicate project progress directly with homeowners and report daily updates back to office manager.
Logistics: Ensure the job site is clean and safrre at the end of every day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on roofing experience (Shingle, Tile, and/or Flat roofs common to Florida).
Leadership: At least 3-5 years of experience in a foreman, crew lead, or supervisory role.
Drivers Licence: Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required to drive company vehicle).
Language: English+
Physical Ability: Able to climb ladders, walk roofs of varying pitches, and lift up to 50lbs regularly in Florida weather conditions.
