Position: Roof Rejuvenation Spray Technician / Applicator
Compensation: Hourly (based on experience) + weekly performance bonuses
Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal (Mon–Fri, occasional Saturday)
Location: Chicagoland Area & surrounding suburbs
Role & Responsibilities
- Safely set up ladders, safety harnesses, and low-pressure spraying equipment on residential roofs.
- Evenly apply bio-based asphalt shingle rejuvenation spray.
- Clean gutters and work areas and maintain application equipment daily.
- Educate homeowners on the rejuvenation process in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (company truck provided for routes).
- Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
- Previous experience in roofing, painting, pressure washing, or general exterior construction is a plus (training provided).
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
