ROOF Repair Crew/ Person

Established Northeast Florida roofing company is looking for an experienced, dependable roof repair technician or small crew for steady repair work.

We are looking for more than someone who just wants to complete a few jobs. We want a company-minded person who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and wants to grow with our company. For the right person, this position can develop into a lead technician, field supervisor, or repair division management role.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing roof leaks
• Shingle, tile, metal, TPO, and modified-bitumen repairs
• Flashing, fascia, soffit, decking, and minor gutter repairs
• Taking clear before-and-after photographs
• Communicating professionally with customers and management
• Keeping jobsites clean and organized
• Helping supervise additional crews as the company grows

Requirements:

• Proven roofing and repair experience
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Basic roofing tools and safety equipment
• Ability to diagnose leaks and complete repairs correctly
• Dependable, honest, and professional
• Drug-free and able to pass a background check
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
