Roof Repair Mechanic – Full Time

There’s a homeowner with a leak. They don’t know what’s wrong, they’re nervous about getting ripped off, and they need someone who can walk into their home, find the problem, explain it plainly, and fix it right the first time.

That’s this job.

What You’ll Accomplish

In your first 90 days, a strong performer will:

• Run 5–8 repair calls per week independently — no supervision, no hand-holding
• Close repairs averaging $2,000 per ticket with a clear, confident explanation to the homeowner
• Generate at least 2 five-star reviews per week by leaving every customer better informed than when you arrived
• Produce zero callbacks. Every repair done once, done right.

What You’ll Need to Pull It Off

• 3+ years diagnosing and completing roofing repairs on your own
• The ability to find a leak that other people missed
• Enough communication skill to explain a roof to a homeowner without talking down to them
• A valid driver’s license and clean record — we provide the truck
