Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Roofing Repair Technician to perform warranty and non-warranty repair work across our service territory in Greater Georgia and North Alabama. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, problem-solving, and delivering dependable service to customers.
Responsibilities

• Perform roofing repairs on residential, multi-family, and commercial properties
• Complete warranty and non-warranty repair work accurately and efficiently
• Diagnose roofing issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions
• Work with shingles roofing systems (required)
• Perform or assist with flat roofing and gutter repairs (preferred)
• Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
• Communicate clearly with management and customers regarding repair status
• Accurately document completed work and materials used

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of roofing repair experience
• Shingle roofing experience is required
• Flat roofing and gutter experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage daily repair schedules
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
