Roof Repair Technician – In-House Position – Tampa Bay

We’re hiring an experienced Roof Repair Technician to join our in-house team serving Tampa Bay. If you can troubleshoot leaks, complete quality repairs, and communicate professionally with customers, we’d like to hear from you.

JOB DUTIES

• Find and diagnose roof leaks.
• Repair roofing, flashing, vents, and other leak sources.
• Take before-and-after photos and document completed work.
• Keep jobsites clean and follow proper safety procedures.
• Communicate job findings and repair needs to the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on roof repair experience.
• Experience with [shingle / tile / flat / metal] roofing.
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in Florida weather.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional with customers.

• Valid driver’s license
