Roof Technician - Paid Training - No Tear-Offs

We are a growing roof restoration company looking for a dependable Roof Technician to join our team.

This is not traditional roofing. We restore and protect existing asphalt shingle roofs using specialized restoration products and professional spray equipment. There are no tear-offs, shingle installation, or heavy roofing labor.

Responsibilities

• Apply roof restoration treatments
• Set up and operate professional spray equipment
• Safely work on residential roofs and ladders
• Protect landscaping, siding, windows, and surrounding property
• Inspect work before and after application
• Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicles
• Communicate professionally with homeowners

Requirements

• Comfortable working on roofs and ladders
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Experience

Experience in roofing, exterior painting, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter installation, construction, landscaping, pest control, window cleaning, or another exterior trade is helpful but not required.

We will train the right person.

Compensation

This is a full-time hourly position with additional performance-based bonuses. Paid training is provided. Bonus opportunities are based on productivity, quality of work, efficiency, attendance, and dependability.

As the company grows, there will be opportunities to advance into crew leader, trainer, and supervisory positions.
