Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced roofers for projects located in or around Cincinnati, OH. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Check roofs for leaks, storm damage, age, or structural/deck rot
Remove old/damaged roofing, clean surfaces, and replace rotten plywood, joists, or underlayment
Install vapor barriers, thermal insulation, and proper roof ventilation
Apply asphalt shingles, metal panels, tile, slate, or low-slope membranes (TPO, EPDM, PVC, built-up roofing)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

Ideally a minimum 1–2 years of roofing experience
Ability to learn new equipment & processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
