Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled roofer with hands-on experience in roofing installation and repair. The right candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work on every project, including re-roofs and new construction roofing jobs.

Responsibilities:
    

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial roofing systems (asphalt shingles, metal, low-slope, etc.)
• Perform tear-offs, underlayment, flashing, shingle, and metal installation
• Complete new construction roofing installations to meet builder and project specifications
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ensure all work meets company standards, building codes, and OSHA safety requirements
• Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on time
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Qualifications:
    

• Minimum 2+ years of roofing installation experience (required)
• Experience with new construction roofing (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and safety procedures
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working long hours outdoors
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
