North County contracting firm in business 40+ years seeks experienced journeyman roofers, as well as apprentice roofers looking for experience and training in the trade. Opportunities for estimating and sales exist for qualified and interested applicants. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, be motivated to work, and have reliable transportation and a valid CA driver’s license.

Work encompasses both commercial and residential roofing including tile, shingle, and membrane roofing

What we expect

Excellent communication skills.
Prior roofing experience and/or the willingness to learn.
Must be a team player, and have the ability to get along with other team members.
Must be reliable, consistent, and dedicated.
Must exhibit quality, detail-oriented workmanship while maintaining proper safety practices.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid CA driver’s license.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
