HIRING ROOFERS & EXTERIOR INSTALLERS AND LABORERS – Full Time – Jersey City, NJ

Busy local roofing & exterior company looking for skilled mechanics and laborers to join our crew. We specialize in low-slope / flat roofing systems, custom exterior and historic work, siding, and roof deck construction throughout Jersey City, Bayonne, Hoboken, and surrounding areas.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Minimum 2+ years roofing or exterior construction experience
✔️ Able to carry materials, climb ladders, and work comfortably at heights
✔️ Work safely in all weather conditions
✔️ Reliable, hardworking, and able to move with the crew
✔️ Show up on time — no ego, no drama
✔️ Reliable transportation to our Jersey City shop
✔️ Authorized to work in the U.S.

Bonus Skills:
✔️ Flat roofing: Torch, TPO, PVC, SBS, Coatings
✔️ Carpentry: Fascia, Soffits, Framing, Roof Decks
✔️ Siding: Vinyl, Hardie, Exterior Trim
✔️ Metalwork, Copper / Flashing fabrication
✔️ Experience using torches, welders, brakes, scaffolding, and boom lift
✔️ Valid driver’s license
✔️ Crew Lead or Project Management Experience

We Offer:

• $25–$35/hr starting pay based on skill & experience
• Monday–Friday only (No weekends / holidays)
