We are a family-owned roofing company seeking an experienced roofer or roofing crew committed to high-quality workmanship and professional customer service.

This role is best suited for someone who works independently, takes ownership of the job, and maintains a high standard without close supervision. We value reliability, clean work, and respectful communication with homeowners and the team.

We will also train the right candidate to become a skylight professional. Prior skylight experience is a plus, but not required. If you are a quality roofer who wants to add skylight installation and service to your skill set, we will provide the training.

Compensation

Pay of up to $65 per hour, based on experience, skill, and quality of work. Experienced roofers and established crews may qualify for the top of the range.

Responsibilities

Perform quality roof installations and repairs
Complete work to a high standard the first time
Represent the company professionally with customers
Maintain a clean, organized jobsite
Communicate clearly and work with minimal supervision
Follow all safety procedures and job specifications
Train in professional skylight installation, flashing, and service (training provided)

Tools

Tools can be provided if needed. Preference will be given to candidates who have their own roofing tools and arrive prepared to work.

Requirements

Proven roofing experience and a commitment to quality work
Strong customer service and professional conduct on every job
Ability to work independently with minimal management
Willingness to train in professional skylight work
Comfortable working at heights and on sloped roofs
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to climb ladders, lift and carry 50+ lbs, and perform physically demanding work
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and complete Form I-9

Safety and screening

Must follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times, including fall protection
Required PPE must be worn on every job (fall protection, hard hat, eye protection, proper footwear, and other required gear)
Must complete safety orientation before working on a roof
Background check required
Pre-employment drug screen required; random, post-accident, and reasonable-suspicion testing may apply
